How to clean silk clothes?
Silk clothes usually need dry cleaning because they are easily damaged by water and prone to distortion and fading. However, if you insist on cleaning them yourself, you can do so in the following ways:
1- Hand washing: Mix warm water with a neutral detergent and gently soak the silk garment. Rub gently and do not exert too much effort. Rinse it thoroughly with water after washing.
2- Machine washing: If you need to use a washing machine, choose the "wool" or "hand wash" program and select warm water. A neutral detergent should also be used here.
