Returns
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition you receive it and not damaged in any way.
Returns process
To return an item, please contact Customer Service for a return address. After receiving the title, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include proof of purchase].
Your return shipping is free in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not an intialy error, deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
